To enable the design process, please complete the below design questionnaire. This will allow us to fully understand your needs, wants, likes and dislikes for each of the rooms within the project.

Which room(s) are involved in this project? If more than one room, please be sure to list how many and which they are.
Please indicate whether or not you would like to make any renovations to the existing room(s). For this purpose, renovations could include structural changes like removing a wall, electrical or plumbing changes like relocating a fixture, etc. Please note: for e-design projects, we can only suggest the renovation work we feel would improve your space. Since the design implementation is up to you, it would be your responsibility to hire and manage any trade work yourself.
Please indicate your preferred start date for the project.
What is the total investment for this room? Keep in mind, your budget number should include the total cost of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that you would like us to recommend. This will help us to determine which suppliers to source from.

Do you have any furniture pieces or items that you want to remain in the new design of the room(s)? If so, tell us about them above, and then please send photos, dimensions, etc. of these pieces as follow-up to this questionnaire.
Be sure to tell us if you have any major dislikes that you don't want to see in the design of your space(s) plus, if there are any existing features within the room(s) that you would like to change.
